WEB / GRAPHIC / FLASH DESIGNER
Job Description The chosen individual will be responsible for designing/modifying/customizing website layout that have to be able to implement in a PHP/MySQL, .NET/SQL or JSP/Oracle system as well as design flash banners.
Required Skills/Experience
- Web application development experience
- Strong HTML, CSS skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Design skills
- FTP and managing Server Skills
- Programming skills in Flash Action Script is a plus
General expectations
It's pretty much impossible to do this job well unless you are:
- Good sense in layout, design and user-interface
- Well-motivated (when you run out of tasks, you start thinking of what else needs to be done, instead of waiting for constantly indications)
- Reliable (you keep the promises that you make)
- Independent (you're able to produce results without requiring constant supervision and hand-holding)
- Helpful (you're willing to take time out of your day to teach a teammate something new or to help a teammate crack a particularly hard problem)
